AvailabilityStarforge Foreman always drops one (35 / 35 / 30%) / Overlook Stargazer 30% lens helm
Internal ID:500086–500089

The Starforge Foreman wears the full Starworks set and always leaves one piece: helm 35%, harness 35%, pack 30%. The Overlook Stargazer separately has a 30% chance to drop its lens helm. The piece takes one slot in the loot box alongside ordinary supplies.

What Is It?

The gear worn by the Starforge Foreman, island lord of the Fallen Star Workshop, and the Overlook Stargazer, chief of the Starfall Overlook: the Starbrass Visor Helm, Starfurnace Harness and Starfurnace Pack come from the Foreman; the Stargazer's Lens Helm comes from the Stargazer. Worn, they give the game's usual head armour / body armour / pack capacity; on the isles each also has a use: any two Starworks pieces make Fuzhou's dock workbench take one less Brass Scrap, and the lens helm spots nearby enemies for you while you stand still.

The Four Pieces

  • Starbrass Visor Helm (helmet): quality 5, Head Armor +3, durability 70, item ID 500086
  • Starfurnace Harness (body armor): quality 5, Body Armor +3, durability 100, item ID 500087
  • Starfurnace Pack (backpack): quality 5, pack capacity +6, item ID 500088
  • Stargazer's Lens Helm (helmet): quality 5, Head Armor +2, durability 50, item ID 500089
  • Repairable: the three pieces with durability can be fixed at the workbench (the pack has no durability)
  • On death: they are not bound; fall during a raid and they stay behind with the rest of your gear

How to Get It

  • Starforge Foreman (island lord, Fallen Star Workshop beacon guards): there every raid. It always drops one piece: Starbrass Visor Helm 35%, Starfurnace Harness 35%, Starfurnace Pack 30%, so it takes a few raids to complete the set.
  • Overlook Stargazer (chief, Starfall Overlook guards): drops the Stargazer's Lens Helm 30% of the time, nothing the other 70%.
  • The piece that drops comes at full durability; the pieces it did not roll never reach the box.
  • Never in any random pool (island crates, Wish Fountain, daily sign-in, boss loot crates). These two are the only source.

Uses on the Isles

Starworks pair (any two of the Starbrass Visor Helm / Starfurnace Harness / Starfurnace Pack worn at once):

  • At Fuzhou's dock workbench, recipes that need two or more Brass Scrap take 1 less; the crafting panel shows the reduced count for what you are wearing.
  • Only what you wear at the moment you craft counts; take a piece off and the price goes back up.

Stargazer's Lens Helm (worn, with durability left):

  • Stand still for 2 seconds on the isles and every living enemy within 40 m gets a ring of star marks at its feet for 4 seconds; then an 8-second cooldown.
  • At zero durability it stops working until repaired.

Tips

Starforge Foreman:

  • At 70% / 40% / 15% health it raises 2 starfurnace pylons each time (5.5–8.5 m away): while they stand, its head and body armour are each 6 thicker. Break the pylons first; they also burn out on their own after 25 seconds.
  • Starfire: 3 warning rings land around you and burst about 1.25 seconds later (2.6 m radius). Sidestep as soon as you see them.
  • After every two rounds of starfire it overheats for 4 seconds: it holds fire and takes 25% more physical damage. That is your window.
  • Breaking its gear cuts its attacks: with the visor helm at zero durability, starfire lands only 1 ring; with the harness at zero, the pylons' armour bonus is halved.

Overlook Stargazer:

  • Between 8 and 42 m, with a line of sight, it paints a ring at your feet that follows you for about 0.8 seconds, locks, and 0.6 seconds later drops two starfire shells on the locked spot (2.2 m radius, 0.4 seconds apart).
  • Once it locks, step out of the ring; or break line of sight behind cover while it aims. The mark is cancelled, but it re-aims sooner.
  • Inside 8 m it can only shoot normally.
  • Wear its lens helm down to zero durability and it can no longer mark anyone.

Both show a boss health bar and name. First kills of the Foreman and the Stargazer are recorded in the archipelago journal under "About the isles → This run · journey progress".
